CUSTOMER SERVICE

  1. Shipping & Handling: Shop Our Schools uses USPS to ship nationwide. We try to ship all orders within 2 business days of receipt, excluding orders made over a holiday weekend.

  2. Order Tracking: We will track your package using USPS delivery confirmation. If you would like to have your tracking number, or feel that your package has not reached you in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us. We ship via USPS priority services unless otherwise specified.

  3. Sales Tax: Orders shipped within the state of Louisiana will pay 4.00% sales tax. Out of state orders are not subject to sales tax. Orders placed within East Baton Rouge Parish will be charged the parish tax rate of 5.00% as specified by the parish in which our business is established.

  4. Item Availability: Although we work directly with each school in an effort to maintain stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain items. If we are out of stock on an item that you’ve ordered, we will notify you either by email or telephone. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

  5. International Shipping: Due to difficulty of tracking international packages, we are currently not able to ship to international customers. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  6. Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns. Acceptable returns are items that have not been worn, damaged, or altered in any way. Merchandise must be in original condition, including original packaging. Please note that all sale or clearance items are a FINAL SALE.
    • Returns must be postmarked and prepaid within 14 days of the original ship date. Returns can not be accepted without a return authorization (RA). Please contact us at info@shopourschools.com with your intention to return or exchange an item, and we will email you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) which should be included with the return.

    • It is suggested that you send your packages insured and tracked, as Shop our Schools is not responsible for missing items. Shipping charges are not refundable. Once a return has been approved, your credit card will be refunded the full amount less any shipping charges. Credit card refunds take 5-10 business days to post.
